Remote Retreat! Reconciliation Rundown
Reconcile your accounts. This essentially means making sure your QuickBooks bank feed matches your actual bank/credit card statement. Reconciling accounts is an easy way to stay on top of your QuickBooks data and ensure it is correct.
We do this for our clients on a monthly basis, but you can do it as frequently as you like. "Reconcile" lives in the "Transactions" sub tab within the QuickBooks Online software.
2. Remote Retreats
For anybody that watches the news, you've probably heard of the World Economic Forum that is hosted in Davos, Switzerland. If you haven't heard of the forum or the city, you probably heard Trump talk about Greenland last week, which he did at that forum.
Davos is a small town in Switzerland that once a year, hosts some of the biggest decision makers and business people in the world. For a town most people have never heard of, it sure causes a big stir once a year. Why Davos?
"The Swiss Alps location provides natural security barriers and privacy. It started there in 1971 when Klaus Schwab chose the resort town for its neutral Swiss setting and ability to accommodate high-profile attendees. The exclusivity and remoteness also reinforce the elite, invitation-only nature of the gathering."

Robot Revolution (speaking of Claude...)
I'm not technical, in the sense of computer programming at least. Claude's AI model sure is.
Recently, I read this article https://www.wsj.com/tech/ai/anthropic-claude-code-ai-7a46460... and will probably (maybe) read this one as well: https://www.wsj.com/tech/ai/anthropic-claude-vibe-coding-exp.... Main takeaway? Non-coders can code.
Sure, this has been the case for several years (at least) but if you tried it over the last several years, you knew it wasn't the best. Just last week, I automated meeting tracking by meeting type, and even "programmed" an automated email every Monday morning telling me if I was going to hit my quota, or if I needed to schedule more. The program also tracks weekly meetings too, in an automated Google Sheet so we can check progress and analyze the data.
